New Staff Strengthen Walters Team
With the recent award of a number of major projects and a growing order book from new and repeat clients, Walters has further strengthened its management team with the appointment of three new senior members of staff.
Joining us recently is Alyn Tomkinson who is a Fellow of the International Institute of Risk & Safety Management (FIIRSM) as well as a Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (CMIOSH). Alyn joins the team to further strengthen the company’s system and compliance capabilities. Alyn joins us from J Coffey Construction Ltd a major civils contractor in the City of London, and his role there for the last 10 years was Head of Health, Safety and Environmental Operations.
Another recent joiner is Rob Crellin. Rob joined Walters to head up the Groups Health and Safety department in the position of Group Health and Safety Advisor following the retirement of Graham Chissell. Rob joined us from a South Wales demolition and civil engineering company where he was Health, Safety and Training Manager for the last 8 years.
A month later we were joined by James Wun. James is appointed as a Project Manager working on the South Sebastopol Infrastructure Scheme and joins us from Vinci UK where he was a Project Manager working on major rail projects. James is an Incorporated Civil Engineer, a member of the ICE and a member of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors.
