Walters specialises in taking advantage of challenging brownfield sites, and we can be said to truly understand the mindset of a developer as we undertake our own development projects from design to construction.

These projects, typically in the £20-50m range, show Walters’ understanding of the full construction process, from feasibility and business planning through to land purchase and planning permission – before moving onto the hands-on phases of demolition and remediation, preparatory groundworks and design/build. Walters is also in the envious position of being able to provide all construction resources in-house.
